At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be exchanged through our authorized gas exchange program.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your SodaStream machine is returned safely to our facility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your sparkling water maker and any included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
